Is it true that the stiffness are remove with water and sugar?

Students 1ºE.S.O should investigate about this question and answer doing a comment in this blog.

I see that we can avoid stiffnes drinking water with sugar and lemon, but when de have stiffnes drink water with sugar and lemon doesnt eliminate it.

No, it isn't true because before we think that the stiffness are a lack of lactic acid, if this theory will be true we can remove they with water and sugar, but now a day there are a lot of studies that sow that the stiffnes are caused by some fibers have a microfissure. The solution for this is stretch before doing any excersise and to do the excersise freciently.

Hugo R. drink wataer with sugar isn´t have effects in stiffness because
exercise does not crystallize in muscle fibers causing punctures and pain. So drinking the water-sugar mixture to dissolve the crystals makes no sense

No,it is not true that to remove the laces you have to drink water with sugar.The researcher Beatriz Maroto explained that what really happens is that micro-fractures of the muscles produced that give riso to the subsequent inflamation that is what produces plain the idea of linking water with sugar will come from attching the laces with lactic acid.

Stiffnes do not magically disappear with home remedies. The lactic acid produced in the exercise does not crystallize in the muscle fibers causing punctures and pain. Therefore drinking the water-sugar mixture to dissolve the non-existent lactate crystals is meaningless.

If it is true in one part but I think it is more effective if you put a spoonful of lemon although it knows a little azido I have tasted once with lemon and another without

Yes,but you hace todo vale them son after having exercise becouse sugar can not disolve them estuches one or two tours later.
But you can nota take antes excesos oficina sugar becouse can harm your health.

Stiffnes doesn't dissapear with home tricks.The lactic acid produced during exercise do not cristalize on muscular fiber causing pain, so drinking water with sugar to disolve lact glasses doesn't make sense at all, also, some people with McArdle's disease have stiffnes and the don't produce lact.
The professionals says ''The water mixed with sugar would work if you start feeling it during the exercise, not two or one days after''

Numerous studies have shown that the laces are not removed with water and sugar.The laces are actually created by the practice of exercices in which eccentic contractions predominate,that is,in which the muscle shorten as it develops tension.These contractions generate a very strong tension in the muscle,that in people who are not accustomed to practice exercice causes micro breaks of the muscular structures.

The stiffness does not disappear by home-made tricks, the lactic acid produced during exercise doesn’t crystallize in the muscular fibers, causing pain,so drinking the mix of water with sugar to dissolve the glasses of lactic acid doesn’t make sense at all.That would be the solution if the stiffness were a energetic problem, the real solution for this is repeat the shame exercise that caused you stiffness.

"No,it´s not true",says Miguel Boix .Coach of the Fitt centre in Barcelona .Althougt our mothers and grandmothers believe so ,it is an urban legend: it is not proven that water and sugar act as muscle anti-inflammatory.
"Stretch marks are micro-fractures produced in muscle fibers .When you perform an exercise that puts those fibers at a higher tension than you are accustomed to , an inflammation in the muscle causes wath is hurting us"
"To avoid them ,it is best to make an adequate prgression of muscle work by adapting the training loads so that the musculature is able to assimilate them in a gradual way .In adition , it is nece ssary to perform stretching at tyhe end of the session , which will allow us to oxigenate the musculature and favor its recovery"

Is not true.

The myth that shoelaces are crystals of acid that prick the muscle is wrong.
The current studies point as de main cause to an inflammatory reaction in responce to the muscular and tendon microlesions that occur when not being adapted to the in ten sity of the exercise.
How to trreat thighs.giving a glass of water with sugar is of no use,before it was done because it was thought that theoretically pricked and produced the most affective drugs anti-inflammatory creams cryotherapy.
